What you can expect from your
Cabo Dream Weddings Planner

We will reserve a full professional staff including photographer and videographer, (very important providers since a video and photos, along with your memories, will be the only things you take back home). We're completely bilingual, so we also handle all contacts between the event location staff and you.

When you decide to use Cabo Dream Weddings to plan your wedding, we will prepare a personalized Proposal and Preliminary Wedding Planning Contract with all details of our services and costs. There are no hidden costs or last-minute surprises.

What you can expect from us is responsible, caring service, so you can relax and enjoy the beautiful places Cabo has to offer, without worrying about a thing!

In other words, we’ll be delighted to be your eyes and ears, and will put our hearts into fulfilling your special requests. We don’t have “packages” since every wedding is tailor-made to your very specific needs. We put a lot of time, thoughtful planning, and careful consideration into every detail to ensure your wedding exceeds your dreams and expectations.

How much should we handle?  It is really up to you. You work with us initially to determine how much you need us to do. 

When having a destination wedding, your wedding professional must be more than a consultant. Some of our responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Making all legal arrangements for your wedding.
• Booking clergy or officiant.
• Providing a complete "plan" once you have decided on what you want.
• Recommendations and booking of locations, music, menus, flowers, transportation, and related costs.
• Budget tracking.
• Vendor research and recommendations (locations, music, menus, flowers, transportation).
• Contracting needed services.
• Timeline planning and monitoring.
• Regular progress reports to you.
• Supervision of wedding day.
